I have an EVGA 660 Ti SuperClocked I got a few months ago. I clean my computer often to get rid of dust. I noticed that I haven't cleaned my GPU since I got it (it's shrouded of course... not sure of what to do). I see the 4 mounting screws on the PCB, but I don't know if there are any screw tension concerns, warranty concerns with taking off the shroud to clean and blow the dust out of the heatsinks and fan or what. I'm afraid I'll either screw it back on too tight and crush something or I'll void the warranty just trying to clean it out.

Removing the heatsink will not void your warranty, but physical damage will.  In other words, so long as you don't start stabbing the card with the screwdriver while removing the screws, you'll be ok.

When putting screws back on, always start with the 4 screws around the GPU and tighten them evenly.  The rest you can do in any order.  If you avoid stripping the screws putting them back on, then you have not over-tightened the screws.

If all you want to do is clean the heatsink under the shroud off, do -NOT- remove the screws on the back of the card. Give a couple minutes to find a top picture of your card.

Boy your card is wacky... Anyway, there should be 2 screws on the side of the card where it plugs into the PCI slot, those need to be removed, then all the screws in RED need to be removed. The 4 silver screws holds the actual heatsink onto the PCB, not the shroud onto the heatsink.

Also, please remember to plug back in the fan when your done. I forgot to do this the first time I took the shroud off of my 8800GTX lolz. I was wondering why it was getting 100C so fast xD.
