Chrome text is bolder after OCX install

Just installed the latest version of OCX straight from the EVGA site. Now google results, youtube text, and other texts are thicker and bolder the previously. 
Not sure if I downloaded some malware or a virus? Any input is appreciated.

    This is a known issue 
     
    Several posts have been made about "bugs" in the software or with Chrome
     
    The font seems to get changed

    Yeah forgot to mention I am using chrome. So I just have to deal with this? Seems pretty lame, I'll just use another OC utility.

    Wonder if one would reinstall Chrome if it would be "fixed "?

    Alright deleting "Roboto Bold" in the windows 7 font library fixes it. Very disappointing EVGA would let something like this happen though I must say.
