For Windows 10, open up your task manager and go to the Performance Tab. Select memory and it will give you some channel stats, but it also has a "hardware reserved" section. If the computer decides to not use one of your memory modules because of errors it will blacklist it and that entire module's capacity will be placed into the "hardware reserved" count. A typical working computer would have a reserved count of 100MB or less generally. But a bent socket pin will cause errors, and the OS will blacklist the module and hardware reserve it's capacity too.
It's possible your module got knocked loose or maybe something leaked during the cooler change? I'd swap out the good/bad modules with each other and see if whether it is the module or the slot that stays bad.
Have water, will cool.
