I have littel problem with understand function in bios . Why if i up on bios adaptive for CPU to 1.25V he break this and spammed me 1.35V x47 clock core. If i gib 1.352V offset - 0.100 the is correct voltage 1.252V.
 
Next problem is on clock and volatge and offest AVX.
 
4.7 i need gib adpative 1.352 offest -100 then is 1.252V is ok
4.8 i stay on same voltage and he gib to him 1.38V
50 non AVX 512 4.7 AVX  same 1.352V offset -100 1.252 and he gib him 1.42V Board ignor my settings.
 
Where is the problem ? State C is enable.
