Cart expired before the 20 hours? Now I'm locked out of buying, even though I waited through the queue?

I got notified that I was at the front of the queue and had 20 hours to purchase an RTX 3060 Ti XC. I opened the link in the email but foolishly closed the tab, and now when I open the link again the item has zero quantity in my cart? I thought I had 20 hours to make a purchase? Can I please buy one?

    Reply to the email immediately and state your intention to purchase the card and explain what happened.  Call EVGA now, here is the contact info and I think sales extension is 3008:

    A few people are seeing the same error.  Just reply to your notification email and briefly describe your issue. 
     
    No need to panic.  It may just be a simple programming fix on our side.  Calling Customer Service won't help with this, since they will just ask you to reply to your notification email.
