Can't upload or download Work Units

Every once in awhile i would have to close the client and then restart. Then it would run for a few days. it has progressed to the point that I can't upload or download. I have performed complete installs of FAH several times, turned the virus protection off, disabled the fire wall and installed a older driver 373.06 . i fold on two 970's and they run 70deg C. I can reach the collection server using a web browser.Any help would be appreciated. Here is copy of the log.
