Cant sumbit support ticket with any description.

I cant seem to submit a support ticket if i add any information to the "question" portion, i get sent to a page that says
 
"Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.evga.com/support/ticket/support.aspx" on this server.

"
I have tried on several different browsers, but the same issue persists.

    moving to Warranty section
     
    are you in North America or somewhere else ?
     
    log off, clear cookies - then log back in .... is a usual fix
     
    - make sure your not using a VPN
    - did you try setting your browser to standard security for cookies ?

    I just tried it and it is working for NA.  Another trick that sometimes works is when you get the "Access Denied" try hitting F5 (refresh).  It has sometimes worked for me.

    Yes North America
    I logged off, cleard cookies and retried, same issue. tried it also on my phone, and the exact same issue. i think it might be related to my account if its happening on a PC and mobile.
     
    No VPN
    Turned off most browser protections and extensions, same issue.

    Tried the f5 trick, same issue. ill give em a call tomorrow.

    Did you check all the "I agree" boxes, when you setup your free EVGA membership?
     
    On log in, is "remember me" checked ?
