Hi, I saw a pretty good deal for graphic card on EVGA but not able to place the order due to shipping address check, error message is "Sorry can't ship to address you requested". I entered a different address from my billing address because next week I will need to travel to another city. I know I can call EVGA directly but their office hours now is only Mon - Fri. Don't want to wait to Mon and find the deal is gone.

No it is not, I will be traveling to another city so I entered a different address.
They don't like shipping other than the address you initially gave them. Their records need to be the same as yours. You will have to call them, unless a Tech see's your post, and can offer some assistance before Monday. Let us know what happened.

You can definitely ship to a different address other than your billing address. I've done it like 6 or more times recently. Not sure what your issue is, but you should contact evga to see what is up. https://www.evga.com/about/contactus/

You can definitely ship to a different address other than your billing address. I've done it like 6 or more times recently. Not sure what your issue is, but you should contact evga to see what is up.

It might be worth calling EVGA anyway in case a new deal shows up in the future and you run into the same problem. Right now it seems like a lot of great deals on cards are popping up all the time.

What payment method are you using? If you are using PayPal, PayPal forces the shipping address to be the same as the billing address. EVGA doesn’t get any choice in that matter, so your address will always be your home address.
For shipping addresses, EVGA doesn’t ship to forwarding addresses or PO Boxes, so something like that may also cause an issue.
