Can't login to claim Step-Up

Hi everyone,
 
I recieved my step-up 2 and 3 emails yesterday but I'm unable to login to the website to confirm and pay.
 
Every time I login to the website I receive the following error message before being logged out:

Error: Unfortunately you have exceeded the 20 hour time frame allotted to your notify order and your purchase option has expired. If you feel you are seeing this message in error, please email ordernotify@evga.com
 
I did previously have a My Notify which I allowed to expire -- but I do want to claim the step-up... I just can't because the site automatically logs me out after I see the above error message. I cannot navigate directly to the My Products page, it just repeatedly asks me to login. I have tried clearing all cookies/site data and tried a completely different browser (I have tried both Firefox and Chrome with popup blocker and ad blockers disabled) but the issue persists.
 
Has anyone else had this issue?

    maybe EVGA was working on the servers ?
     
    I just checked & could gain access to My Products page
     
    Other things to try:
     
    clear cache
     
    make sure your not blocking cookies
     
    Only work inside of one tab, with only 1 browser open

    i can usually get in after 4 or 5 tries
    or wait an hour or so
     
    i also go to My EVGA, then to My Profile to make sure those load and then clicking on My Products lets me in

    I got it! Contacted support around the same time I posted this and they replied after a few minutes. I was able to get in after they messaged me back.
