Can't log into My Profile

Says incorrect  reCaptcha.  What happens is a screen pops up for a split second and disappears.  Can't click on the matching photos because they are gone...then get that error message.  Tried with Firefox and Edge...happens with both

    I am also experiencing this problem. I need to update my mailing address.
    I even reset my password, and tried a different browser.

    try clearing your cookies for EVGA, sometimes that can help with errors. I don't know about reCaptcha erroring out however, it might be a problem with the website itself.

    I have had problems with the site as well. It was difficult to get working on my phone. It would loop to login or fail captcha. Using a different browser fixed it.

    I have tried Internet Explorer 11, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Opera.  I have tried different Windows 10 PCs, an iPhone, and a MacBook.   I have also tried my home ISP, 4G on my phone, 4G on a hotspot with a different carrier, and WiFi at Starbucks.  None of them are allowing me to login succesfully, I either don't see recaptcha at all, or it flashes for a split second like bobmitch describes.

    I am having the same issues. Tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge, IE, and phone. None will keep the recaptcha up long enough to click. Edge has it up longest. Tried disabling ad blocking too with no issue. Called EVGA customer support.

    We've been adjusting security parameters for a few things on the site today.  If you are having issues right now, please try again a bit later tonight, such as 7PM PDT.

    While the original issue seems to be fixed (I'm also now able to get into My Profile), still seeing issues in other places:
     
    1) reCAPTCHA is broken for the email page now:
    anchor:1 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError
     
    2) The sign-up page is also broken, trying to send a validation SMS there is broken with an "invalid parameter" box so it's impossible to submit the form
     
    I've been trying to either update the email on my current account or create a new account as the queue notifier seems to have dropped gmail + tags during the previous system updates.

    The recaptcha we're using now works in the background and typically should not require any user input. If you receive an incorrect recaptcha error, it is best to clear the cookies and cache in the browser and close the browser completely, before trying again.
