I find it pretty scummy, that buying new 980ti,1080ti and a 850g2 power supply does not get me elite membership. Spent a lot of money on evga products to get snubbed
Yea it sucks that they pick what counts, but they have a list of items u could choose from. My advice just go with the 100 comments in threads.

Just make 100 posts on the these forums and get it that way. Or do their Twitch channel point thing. My old purchases don't qualify me either.
Just curious, how do the twitch thing even work, do I just have to sit through like a bunch if their streams and I'll automatically get elite?

I've been a long time EVGA customer. Policies, rules, and programs start/stop/change all the time. Can't get too upset about it.

Elite member doesn't mean anything. I've been Elite for awhile and camped the website to get a card today and the site barfed making it useless. People are putting way too much emphasis on Elite, when it doesn't mean you're going to get a card.

I've owned older EVGA stuff in the past. I never registered them and I'm regretting it now haha. Would be nice because I can probably get a hold of the part no. for my old stuff as well. Oh well.

I'm pretty sure you can register for an elite member with a 1080ti purchase.

You can most certainly obtain Elite status with a 1080Ti and 850W PSUs!!!! If anyone has questions on which products qualify you for Elite, this page lists all the models https://www.evga.com/member/elite/ (if you are already Elite you wont see this list, open it in a guest window)! Keyboards, PSUs, and even coolers are all qualifying products (click on the images to check for specific items). If you have a model number you can check it's eligibility. You must register your products under your account for them to qualify!

Yeah it does kind of suck, they should include *any two products tbh. But the way I see it, how long does it take to make 100 posts (relevant posts)? Maybe 8-10 hours stretched over a few weeks? Easy my man.

Then use one of the other ways to get the Membership! You can watch a stream on twitch and collect points OR you can post 100 posts in this wonderful forum to get Elite! :P
