Can't find support ticket number

I just got done contacting EVGA via submitting a form ticket, where I was told that I can get a replacement for my 2070 super that is artifacting by submitting a warranty claim myself. As I fill out the claim, it asks for a support ticket number that I have no idea where to find. It was not provided to me on my response. Any ideas how I can find or obtain this ticket number?

    Nevermind. I decided to overcome my social anxiety and call customer support instead and got my ticket number.
