HeavyHemiMandoPRhi can someone help me, in can't enable SLI in nvida control panel is greyed out !Your device ID for each 970 is the same 10DE-13C2 the subsystem ID for EVGA and Gigabyte shouldn't matter. So they should work together.First question: do both cards work normally alone?I'd had numerous bad hard SLI bridges, so I stopped using them. As was suggested, try another SLI bridge.
the_Scarlet_oneThe next suggestion would be to move your monitors to the second card, and make sure it is coming out of idle properly. Can you go into the bios and make sure your pci lanes are set to Gen 3? I see that GPU-z is reporting x8 1.1 on the second card because it isn’t being pinged to work since sli isn’t enabled. I would just check to make sure the bios is allowing that card to go to pci 3.0 when you have a moment.
SajinYes, a faulty bridge is possible.
