Can't disable Speedstep without disabling turbo?

Like the post said, can't disable speedstep without disabling the ability to overclock at all.. Anybody have a workaround that I'm missing entirely?

    Unfortunately this is the case with our motherboards, and I believe it may be tied into the chipset, although I don't have other manufacturers' motherboards to test with. This has been the case for quite a while.

    Well that's unfortunate. I'm assuming the same applies to LLC control as well?

    Are you looking for a Static overclock?

    Doing static in the meantime to see how high of a clock I can go and with what temps/volts
     
    Then adaptive once I've got it all down. Would you happen have a good idea of how to utilize the offset voltage when attached to your adaptive voltages?
