Can't access BIOS anymore, how to reset BIOS now?

Hey, I received  my SC17 the other day, now wasabout to see  what  it can do.
I raised the multiplier for CPU to 42 and that was no problem. Then I raised the clock speed of the RAM to  3000 and couldnt restart it  or goo again to the bios anymore.
 
How can I reset the bios now?

    Does it power on at all? If you reside in the USA contact EVGA tech support. They have 24/7 support except holidays.

    No am outside the USA, but well finally found the cmos button. Oversaw it.
     
    Anyway, having other trouble. The Precision mobile x wont let me change the clock speeds, it only works through bios. I can start my custom profile from precision x mobile, but can't start several custom profiles.

    Do a CMOS reset by using a small pin to the tiny hole on top of the power button.

    not sure why precision x is not working for you.  Perhaps try uninstalling with revounistaller and cleaning all the leftvoer registry entries and folder paths.  Then run ccleaner registry to make sure nothing is leftover.  Restart.  Reinstall precision x mobile.

    Still cannot adjust the fan.

    For fan control, you need to select a custom profile on the left, then fan control is available.  Have no ideia why they did this change.  Unfortunately the fan control profile is not saved and has to be redone after every restart, unless you unlock the Bios and do it through there.

    Still cannot adjust the fan if I choose a custom profile from the left. Dont see the option in the bios either, where would I have to unlock it?
     
    EDIT: Okay put the older version 1.08 back on, and now I at least have the option availabale, wonder if the tool rules though.
     
    EDIT AGAIN: Unfortunally, it is not really working. Although temperature is on the lowest level, fan tunes up when cpu only for a second accelerates.
    I wanted to not have an increase in fan when I just open a new tab on chrome.

    any way you can show us how to unlock the bios?
    i've found some guides, but its for the MSI bios.

    You can use AMI BIOS Configuration Program. What you do is void your laptop warranty (if it breaks while using the modified BIOS) by loading the BIOS ROM file into the AMI BIOS Configuration Program, enable features/modules which are in the BIOS ROM which EVGA disabled for some reason, save the modification to a USB drive, reboot to the BIOS configration screen, and flash the new ROM to the laptop by choosing the BIOS update from file option. I won't go into more detail.

    thanks, if flashing back original BIOS then would EVGA still know a custom bios was installed?

    What other software do you have running? I have noticed some software with monitoring/logging capability causes Precision X Mobile to launch and close right away, until those applications are closed.

    Do you have XTU installed?  I had no conflicts with it, but you never know.  Have you contacted support for troubleshooting?

    Perhaps try disabling the precision X in task scheduler.....and restart.  And see if it runs when starting manually.  Also set XTU do default profile and uninstall it.

    I personnally use this method to acess to my PC but still Precision mobile closes immediately after start.

    I see, so @Damaurice is not alone with this issue.  What did support say? just curious.

    If this doesn't help, have you guys whitelisted it in your AV program?
    Also, set it to run with Administrator privileges?

    So contacted support. Second guess seemes to work: install EVGA XOC and reinstall Precision Mobile X. It works for me so far!
