I had this with my 980ti hybrid where i don't get the screen where it shows the motherboard logo and what to press to get into BIOS. It just goes straight to the windows log in. My card was originally 3080ti FTW3 Ultra, and I installed the hybrid kit. Flashed to whatever bios that was on the site and PX1 updated it.

In windows search type uefi, and then select change advanced startup options, select troubleshoot, select advanced options, select uefi firmware settings, select restart to boot into bios. See if that works for you. If that doesn't work you'll need to clear your cmos.

As stated, reboot into UEFI from Windows.
Then, if you don't want it to behave this way more in the future, you need to disable secure boot and fast boot in your motherboard's UEFI "BIOS". This is not a graphics card problem. This is a perfectly normal side effect of secure boot with fast boot. What happens is that secure boot stores all the hardware information from the previous boot, so it just plows through the boot process and past the point that a keyboard key is effective, before the keyboard is even initialized.
I am sure that when you find this option in your motherboard's UEFI firmware ("BIOS"), it will explain this side effect to you. For example, my motherboard firmware states: "Fast Boot: Description: ... You will not be able to enter UEFI setup by using your keyboard. The only way to enter UEFI setup is Clear CMOS or run "Restart to UEFI" utility in Windows."

I have same issue. EVGA 3080 Ti FTW3 Ultra card I simply cannot go into BIOS no matter what I do. I still have previous EVGA 1080Ti card, so I can help with it, to access ot bios. I did all, cleared cmos, took out battery, nothing. Updated VBIOS to the latest version 94.02.71.80.86, nothing! I use DisplayPort cable, I have to try with HDMI, I read that for some it works.

I have seen this happen with poor DP cables that were not certified.

Poor? It is original one, came along Samsung 27" monitor. Strange. So how come it all worked fine with 1080Ti? There is an issue with resolution and refresh rates, which bios has, and the monitor it self. I will try with HMDI cable, some say it works.

Even if you do the Windows Restart to UEFI procedure discussed above, it won't enter UEFI with displayport?
