Cannot attach a .png or .jpg to a post.

Just as the title says.
I click on the 'Upload files to the server' and i just get a spinning box that makes no progress. Been posting plenty before.
Yes they are way smaller than 500 kB.
Any solutions? Anyone else experience this?

    I've got the same issue when using the "Upload file(s) to the server" button using either Edge or Chrome on my PC. 
     
    However, I can successfully upload images using the same button on my phone with Chrome...

    While I appreciate your helpful link, it is exactly these instructions that are not working. After selecting file to upload from my PC, the tiny box appears saying its uploading. It remains at 0% with no progress. I've tried Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. None will let me upload a file.
    Yes, its a png and its 148 kB. Well below the Forum's 500 kB limit.

    I've had that happen too, the upload never finishes, even for stuff that in the limits for size and file type. I have to host it somewhere instead, it may be a problem with the upload system. I just tried it again, and it didn't work, regardless of if I used the attach images button, attach files buttons, or the upload file(s) to the server button below the message area, no progress is made, even with a tiny 20kb picture.

    Guess this will never be fixed...
     
    I was able to upload via mobile browser (Chrome), but my last post has the image come up as an "ERROR" on the desktop, but appears fine on the mobile browser...
