Hey EVGA,
 
Recently purchased a 3070ti FTW3 and headed over to the EU product registration store I've previously used for my EVGA products.
 
Unfortunately, I cannot successfully access it. I go through the login procedure but then am stuck in a loop which keeps kicking me back to the login screen (url is https://secure.evga.com/us/login.asp)
 
I have tried different browsers, clearing cache, different PC, all to no avail. I am clearly logged in though as I can see my username at the top right, but cannot access any page such as Profile, Product Reg, RMA ect..
 
I found a few people who have similar issues on Reddit but the thread was a few months old, still with no resolution.
 
Any help with this?

The problems on the site, both EU and NA, come and go.  One thing you might try that has worked for me on occasion, when you get kicked back, try hitting the F5 key (refresh).  As I said, it has worked sometimes.

Tried that but no luck :(, Ctrl-Shift-R also...
 
Could it by any chance be account bound issue? It has been like this for a few weeks now.

Best workaround is to log out. Then go to the parent website eu.evga.com and log in on that page. 

Ok another update.
 
After what seems to be an eternity of trying to log in and out via accessing different pages (My Evga, RMAs, product reg ect. ect.) it finally took me to a page which asked me to accept the new terms and conditions and update my personal info.
 
I did that and now it appears to be working, I can access every page and have just registered my product. So it seems like it was account bound issue afterall, last time I accessed the site was 6 years ago to register my P2 1000W psu :)
