Can I take a RMA directly to EVGA??

I live in So Cal and about 30 minute away from EVGA in Brea. Can I take a RMA directly to them since I live so close? It would be my graphics card that I would need to bring in.

    Please follow the RMA procedure. Don't try to return the RMA directly to EVGA unless they tell you that you can do so.

    Hi there,
     
    Unfortunately EVGA does not offer any drop-off or will call services.  We ask that you please package up your RMA and/or Step-Up and ship it to the address in your approval Email.
