Can I step-up my 2070 that I won at PDXLAN?

I won a 2070 black at PDXLAN this spring. I have registered the card to my account but I have no proof of purchase (because I won the card.) Can I step-up the card?

    No this would not qualify for the step-up program, EVGA Step-Up Program is only for products that have been purchased if this was through a promotion they there would have been no amount paid. You can look up the EVGA STEP-UP page and all information regarding it HERE.
