So this is a first for me that this has happened, but when i set the cpu in the motherboard bios i have all cores set to sync which is what i have always don for years and whatever its set at in bios matches cpuz and asus dual intelligent processors. Now in this case what i set the cpu core sync at in the bios which is 49 cpuz doesn't match it shows it at 48 and the asus software doesn't even show i have the cores synced at all. All 3 match as far as the voltage though in cpuz, asus software and the bios. Anyone else ever had this happen?

AVX offset ?
Is your offset set to auto in BIOS ?
If it is , set it to 0 and try that .

If it is , set it to 0 and try that .
Its at zero, thats where i always have it. I wonder if this is a 10th gen cpu problem, when i put my 7980XE back in the problem is gone.

Guess it was just a bad seat problem, after putting the 10940X back in i have no problem either now so im guessing the cpu wasn't seated just right.
