Out of my 3 fans on my newly purchased CLC 360 for my 5800x I'm noticing alongside CPU temps not reading [There is another thread by another user on this] one of my fans have this high pitched fan whine even when running on lowest speed. How best to get a replacement fan from EVGA? I am located in South Korea.
