Well I got my new PC in they didn't have any software installed. The CCVI I did a google and it seems like its the EVGA pump/flow controller unit... under the universal Serial bus controllers, it shows up then disappears like none stop any input would be great.  Tried installing the software to see if that would help... nope. So any help would be great.  Going to try the bio and set the fan header to 100%

Guess that seemed to do it, the fans where all set to smart, and well it would cut the fans off and then cut them on. probably with the pump as well. So that fixed it. I miss the old days plug in the pump/fan on a hybrid- self contained and good to go.

Thanks for the update to the post and glad to hear it is working now. SmartFan can cause issues with AIO coolers due to the DC mode for the fans changing the voltage.

Yeah I had no clue, and thought Cyberpower PC would had taken care of all that in the bios. Some of the stuff they did to didn't do has given me some stuff to do on my own at least.
