Profiles won't save. Precision X1 won't open on startup despite selecting that option. Upon opening precision, it keeps my memory clock and gpu clock setting (both underclocked), but my voltage is always reset to 0, and the custom fan curve is disabled via the option "fan curve control" being reset to off. I've seen threads for these problems from the past with various solutions that don't work for me, such as running as administrator, closing the program in specific ways, or saving the profiles in specific way. I am using an old EVGA 980ti (FTW) that's unstable at base clock (so I need to always apply these changes before using over 70% of gpu to avoid crashing), and I am using the Steam version of Precision X1, freshly downloaded a couple days ago, although I've had the program at multiple points in the past, as far back as when the 980ti released, so perhaps there are old files or something floating around somewhere causing these issues. I am using Windows 10.

TL;DNR:
EVGA 980ti
Windows 10
Steam Precision X1
Settings won't stay.
