Hi all, wondering if you can help with this error after updating to the 1.1.1 release of X1. Latest nvidia driver installer - 457.09

The curve goes off outside the intended area and OC Scan goes straight to 255% then fails.

Hi all,

I am having a similar experience with VF Curve Tuner for Precision X1 (v1.1.0.11). Latest Nvidia driver installer - 457.30

The image show 2 steep lines of trajectory, a blue and a green line, reading a GPU Freq (Mhz) that are off the charts.  I have tried using alternative versions of Precision X1 and cleanly reinstalling Windows OS/drivers with the same end result.

Same problem here, uninstalled old version I had happily used for a year (0.3.17.0_BETA) which had working OC scanner. Did a fresh install of precisionx -- VF curve was empty. Installed latest drivers (457.30), now got some VF curve but it's completely off chart.

Common nominator appears to be Pascal cards and the frequency curve starts too high.

Same issue here with a 1080 Ti FTW3, wanted to experiment with OCing this card with X1 because Afterburner seems inadequate. Bummer. Might be related to a driver issue, as I see the release notes for PX1 1.1.1 "Improves compatibility with GeForce Game Ready Driver 457.09" while I'm on 457.30 at the moment.

I would try version 1.0.7, that is the last version before the introduction of the 3000 series.  Common thing is that you are all using 1000 series.

Cheers!

Yep,

Sticking with 1.07 until this bug is fixed or I get a new GPU (whichever comes first) as it works with the latest driver and auto-OC and fan curve work.

V1.1.2 looks fine using my 2080Ti FTW3 Ultra...in fact, I've not run this yet on this card. Looks like I have a little breathing room.
When updating to new versions of PX1, I always completely wipe the previous version first.

Confirmed

Problem still persists in 1.1.2 on EVGA GTX 1070 iCX SC2

- The curve data does not fit the curve tool window, but the entire X1 application window
- Any attempt in using the curve tuner results in a "FAIL" after 10-20 seconds and the progress bar appears randomly (basically not functional)

The rest of the application (1.1.2) seems to be running as intended as far as I can see or notice

For 1.1.2,
I do notice the manual increases to Memory and GPU speeds based are not persistent upon reboot or even assigning the settings to a profile, moving off that profile and back onto it again. Is this by design perhaps?
Also noticing that the LED setup on takes effect when PX1 is loaded on boot.

Regarding the VF Curve going off the screen, this will be fixed in the next version.

Hi EVGATech, what about the HVM being blank, as in, there's no graph info showing up under any of the categories (i.e. gpu temp, gpu clock, etc). Just completely blank.
Wasn't this way when I had my evga 1080 Ti. Only after upgrading to accommodate my combo EVGA RTX 3080 and GIGABYTE RTX 3090 did the graph disappear.

UPDATE: My oversight. I didn't have on the HVM toggle button, which apparently needs to be on when you access the HVM Panel Tab. Ooops!

I had that happen once so far with v1.1.2. A clean reinstall fixed it.

In addition to the update on 1.1.3, we just put up another version which also fixes a VF curve save issue:  https://www.evga.com/precisionx1/
