So next month I'm getting an Optiplex 9010 with i7 3770 and 16gb of ram and turning it into a gaming system.
 
I have an 800W Thermaltake PSU and a budget of 150 for video, give me your recomendations, new or used

    If you only have a 150 dollars don't expect much graphics horsepower. This is about 5 bucks above your budget:

    Then the GTX 1050ti is your best budget choice

    What about used, I've seen GTX 780's down that low as well as a few R9 280X's and 7970 GHZ cards
