Broken RMA replacement 1080ti ?

I've just received my replacement card . This is the 2nd time that i have to replace in A month ..quite disappoint . This card's shroud is a bit darker than usual , led are slightly glitch so i'd unplug the led cable ( this does not matter me that much ) . But i noticed that a phase got broke up in my overall inspection .. this scared me a lot because i think this effect it lifespan

    Mine have water blocks on them ... so, I cant look at them for compairison
