Limited funds, but my xeon died, died badly, the L2 and L3 cache get errors in memtest, and I don't have a spare 1366 chip to test with so getting another is an option but my computer may still not work right. 
 
Or I can buy an intact Dell Optiplex MT 990 or 9010 with an i7 for 60 bucks. Which option do you yall think works better?
 
Currently I'm using a backup board and cpu but an X2 6000 with 4gb of ram isn't really that useful in 2017
