So I ordered a 1660 ti from best buy on Dec 21st but it's not available for pickup until January 7th(today) but I see it says I have to register within 14 days of purchase but that isn't possible as I don't even have the GPU in my possession until best buy gives me the OK to pick it up. I'm just wondering if EVGA will still let me register it under the 14 days after I pick it up or if I will have to buy the extended warranty. Thank you in advance.

Sales not complete until they actually ship it to you as shown on invoice or you pick it up at store when you complete the transaction at pickup however if there’s ever an issue regarding this evga customer support has been known to assist with these kind of issues and it’s a pretty common question with online orders/ ship to store pickups

Ok awesome. I was a little worried. I bought the GPU with the intention of stepping up to the 3060 ti. Probably going to be like 6 months I'm assuming which kind of sucks but at least I'll be gaming! Idk if you would know this but how long do you have to sign up for the extended warranty after purchase? Ty for the help.

I would just contact EVGA and see what they say. I would guess it’s ok as long as it’s the day you pick it up but it’s always best to check.

Use an Associates Code & SAVE 5% - 10% on your purchase. Just click on the associates banner to save, or enter the associates code at checkout on your next purchase. If you choose to use my code I want to personally say "Thank You" for using it.

Well rest assured if you purchase the extended warranty (which I always recommend) it will automatically unlock the Step Up option and also transfer to the stepped up card however in certain circumstances we will work with you in regards to the 14 day window especially if purchased from an authorized EVGA retailer.

I've ran into this issue and I've registered my product.  I purchased my card on the 24th of November because it was a bestbuy pre order and I didn't receive my card until the 21st of December.  I

EVGA support keeps telling me I need to buy the extended coverage because my 14 days have lapsed even though I registered my product on the 1st of Jan.  Hoping for someone to help me out here.  As I can't really register a product I never got until a month later.

What was the sales date on your invoice? Nov 24th, or Dec.21st?
