StretchMaKJust tried updating to the 1.08 BIOS and now I can't get past the sign in. Says my pin is longer available, go to sign in options but I can't get past this no pin thing. Was going from 1.07 to 1.08. Tried booting into the second BIOS which is still 1.01 BIOS and can not get past the sign in. I have not tried the third BIOS which is still 1.01. I loaded the defaults in the 1.07 Bios before the flash like always. Flash seemed normal like any other time I have done it to one of these boards. Back to BIOS 1.07 and I still can't get past the log on thing. Says my pin is longer available. Looks like I am reloading win11 to fix this issue. First problem I have had flashing a BIOS.

I have had that same issue twice now. The BIOS default for the X570 Dark is to enable AMD fTPM, and since it's recommended to reset it to defaults at each update and we generally do so, each time it turns back on and deleting your Windows login credentials (atleast from my understanding and after having done it to myself twice, feel free to explain how that feature/function works exactly). And each new BIOS also have it enabled by default. It's certainly a headache, and i was only saved by my phone (which is over a decade old and barely works), but i was able to get to my windows recovery key and reset it both times (it was very troublesome and concerning either way).

We only posted it early this time due to the updated AGESA version, which many people had been asking for.
EpsolikeI also still run Win 10, but i have had nothing but issues leaving the feature on since i got the board, so i prefer having it off. Sadly it makes each BIOS update tedious.
EVGATech_LeeMEpsolikeI also still run Win 10, but i have had nothing but issues leaving the feature on since i got the board, so i prefer having it off. Sadly it makes each BIOS update tedious. This was the reason a lot of people were waiting for AGESA 1.2.0.7. It fixes performance issues related to fTPM.
redhatownageThis bios still does not fix the issue of 5800x3d not using the 45 multi
redhatownagei think i found the issuefit scaler set to 0 allows the cpu to hit the 45.5 multi, someone might wanna forward that the the bios guys
EpsolikeHe is on a Dark, and on the picture you have provided Lee it seems to be the FTW, would that not matter?
EVGATech_LeeMEpsolikeHe is on a Dark, and on the picture you have provided Lee it seems to be the FTW, would that not matter?Although it's possible it may make a difference, the BIOS team didn't mention whether they tried both boards. They are looking for additional information, since they aren't seeing an issue on their end.
