Not feeling the futuristic-y vibe as I like modern shooters set in current times. The no BR is a big downer for me as well. We'll see.

A good game of Conquest 64 v 64 is orders of magnitude more intense than any BR modes imo, not in least because the stakes outweigh your K/D ratio or personal survival.

A good game of Conquest 64 v 64 is orders of magnitude more intense than any BR modes imo, not in least because the stakes outweigh your K/D ratio or personal survival.
I used to play BF till BF3/4, where I enjoyed the heck out of the hectic 64 men Operation Metro, Rush with 64 men and other chaotic modes. But I never got the same feeling of achievement in those game modes as with a win in a BR mode. I play solo and winning a 150-men solo BR while being aggressive and somewhat careless really makes gets my heart going. The Conquest game mode is more fun throughout, but the respawn aspect somewhat lessens the immersion, as I like the stress of each gunfight that could be your last for that particular match. But hell, I'll still play it if I like the Beta, just hoped that Warzone could be dethroned by a Battlefield BR.

I wish they had done the trailer and then gameplay, not sure if waiting to Sunday will draw the same audience as they did today. I guess we'll see.

Agreed, Im not map there is no BR, but I expect Hazard zone to be close fix.

I definitely prefer modern setting, but I would've liked it better had they gone full on futuristic and did 2142 sequel. But I suppose that was a different time and a different Dice. Gone are the developers that made Bad Company 2, 2142, bf2, 1942.

No way, completely disagree, the art direction and gameplay from the trailer looks so well balanced, If they went full future it would have for sure failed. We dont need a BF with lazers right now.
