At the Review Order Page TWICE and each time I checked the box to agree to terms it failed and takes me to the features page? ****!
I go through credit card process, phone verification passcode and just review the order next and fail......

    Only twice?  I was at that page 9 times and then clicked the complete order button over 50 times with no luck.

    I got to that page and was able to click the final confirmation and EVGA expired my session and took me back to the cart stating "Your session may have expired" and the cart was empty.
