Hi, I've recently bought the sound card in the title and it requires a power connection, however I'm not sure which cable to use to power it up, I have a EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G3.

I've read some reports from some people saying that it could be an incompatibility problem and damage the sound card?.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

    Welcome to the forums.

    The Essence STX II manual says it takes a 4-pin Peripheral/Molex connector from the PSU..The EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G3 specs say that PSU has four of them.

    * Corsair Obsidian 450D Mid-Tower - Airflow Edition * ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC) * Intel i7-8700K @ 5.0 GHz * 16GB G.SKILL Trident Z 4133MHz * Sabrent Rocket 1TB M.2 SSD * WD Black 500 GB HDD * Seasonic M12 II 750W * Corsair H115i Elite Capellix 280mm * EVGA GTX 760 SC * Win7 Home/Win10 Home *
