According to Jacob, the FTW Combo/K2 SKU, and XC3, are both limited queue like the KPHC before, so it was no longer available for signup after it hit the cap.
The XC3 may be very limited since it's the cheapest card, FTW combo and single card situation will be more interesting tho, since the single card and combo all share the same GPU,
 
A few possibility that I can see:
1. They pre-allocated a certain amount of FTW card just for the combo(so the 3967K2 and KR progress are independent although they are the same card)
2. No pre-allocation, they are going by K2 and KR share the same line and inventory pool since it's for the same card, but we are not seeing much KR movement since people who signed up early had the chance to take K2, so not much KR until after K2 was gone
3. No pre-allocation, K2 and KR share the same pool but they decided to process all K2 first despite a small amount of early KRs signed up before some later K2s

It's an interesting argument, but it'd be hard to tell the difference given varying reporting times based on checking email anyways. Regardless, I will note I'm pleased to see other SKUs (particularly the 3968-KR, congrats to the recent poster there since I'm in the same queue nine minutes later) having their buy emails go out.

Looks like some later FTW3 Hybrid and HCs around 28-30min mark also started to get emails.
If that's the case I'm guessing:
Combo and XC3 was most popular until they hit cap
Then most signed up for 3967 which is FTW3 Air, they probably have the most stock of them as well
FTW3 Hybrid probably have the least stock of all, since Jacob said he wasn't sure they will be available at launch
Might see a bit more HC than Hybrid due to reason above
 
However it is hard to say which one between HC and Hybrid has more demand, I signed up for HC early and Hybrid didn't work for me until after 45.

I'm watching my email like a hawk. It really does seem like the Launch edition is just a KR with a bundled mouse so they are probably clearing out that queue first. But I would imagine the next 24 hours to be popping my notification.

Yeah I agree. Someone in Discord just posted a 7:23 KR ship, so they're almost to 24 already on the standalone FTW3

It would be nice to see one created. I don't have the patience for it myself but I'm sure someone will do it.

I didn't see a any 7:24 posted in the forums for the KR.

I got mine for the Hybrid. I did my notify at 7:28am.

Is everybody seeing the coupon code field disabled?

My coupon code worked. I got the FTW3 HC. I had a 20% spin the wheel coupon plus an associate discount code. Saved me $336 (before tax) so that was real nice.

I got 1 browser 1 tab error like 3 times even tho i was only using 1 browser and 1 tab, ffs..... 
I'm wondering how many ppl here posting queued for EU. My time is exactly 8 AM PT.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh yaaaaaaaaaaaaas! Well since EVGA still has like 4 hours during their work day left I imagine it might pop today.
