I can change LEDs on the two cards but the bridge is perpetually green.  What's more, it keeps turning the top card green with it!

I just want them all blue but the bridge ignores everything.

I am able to turn the LED off, but what a shae since it is a neat looking bridge.

Yes with PX1, but you need to Start PX1 to set it back to the Color you selected.
It resets to Green on a restart or after a Power Off.
Make sure you Click on the Chain to Link them all.

Man, no amount of messing around with X1 allows me to do anything with the bridge.

If it's any consolation, the bottom card is a 2080ti XC and the top is an FE with an EVGA AIO kit.

EVGA bridge.  Green.  Nothing but green.  Maybe nVidia got their hands on it!  lol

It is most likely because you have a you have a Non-EVGA Graphics Card Installed.
If you change the cards around you might be able to change the EVGA NVLink SLI Bridge LED Color.

    This is also Very Important.

Says on their site RTX is not supported and for RTX a third party app such as Precision X1 is recommended.

What if I flash the XC bios to the FE card?

    Use visualizer

---> Download link:  Nvidia LED Visualizer v1.3.00.exe

see this thread ---> LED option does not appear on the top of Precision X1

    Hello,
I recently downloaded Precision X1 in order to disable the green LED on my RTX 2060 Founders Edition. I have downloaded and installed the program with LED Sync installation but I get no LED option at the top of my screen. I have attached a photo to explain this to you. How do I get the LED option to show up?

Thanks for the replies, the newest version doesn't work either but LED Visualiser works, thank you.

Bummer No RTX Support with Visualizer 1.3.0.0 Link from NVIDIA
    https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4248/~/led-visualizer-missing-in-geforce-experience-3.0
Please note: The NVIDIA LED Visualizer utility does not support GeForce RTX 20 series graphics cards.  For GeForce RTX users, we recommend using a software solution from one of our board partners such as EVGA Precision X1
I wonder if EVGA know this
I have an NVIDIA NVLink Bridge and PX1 0.3.13-17 will not change the LED on the Bridge, Stuck with NVIDAI Green.
But I can Dim the NVIDIA NVLink Bridge LED with PX1.

@#teamslater  Did you change the cards around to be able to change the EVGA NVLink SLI Bridge LED Color?

I didn't change the cards around because the top (FE) is now the liquid cooled one, and the bottom is on air.  No way to meaningfully change them in my case.

We are moving this weekend.  When I get back to FL I will try flashing the FE as an XC and see if that fixes it.  Otherwise I may trash the EVGA bridge and try the ASUS one.

It should not make a difference with a Hybrid Cooler you can still change them to test to see if you can change the Color on the Bridge.
It is not like you using a Custom Water Loop with hard tubing.

What are you going to use to change the LED Color on the ASUS NVLink SLI Bridge?
