Anyone encoutnered this issue?

Cannot run OC scanner of Precision X1, always has VC++ runtime library issue (see attached). Can anyone help me?

    Is your cpu overclocked? Unstable CPU oc can cause directx to crash.

    No I didn't. Actually I didn't do anything, just click "scan" button and this pop out.

    Are the C++ Runtimes Installed Both 32Bit and 64Bit and updated?
    I Install 2008 to 2017 x64 and x86

    Yes, I installed all 32bit and 64bit VC++ from 2005 to 2017

    Did you do a fresh nvida driver install?
    Is you windows patches all up to date?

    Run GPU-Z and make sure all 4 Boxed on the Bottom are Checked

    its probably the opencl string not registered correctly
