Anyone else's package just disappear?

I've been waiting since November of last year to purchase an EVGA 3060ti.  Finally came up in the queue, and purchased immediately when I was notified.
 
EVGA charged my credit card, and sent UPS tracking information.  UPS says it received the shipment...and then it disappeared.
 
I've opened a claim with UPS, and contacted EVGA -- have not heard back from either.
 
Has anyone else had this happen?  How did you resolve it?  Did you have to do a chargeback?

    Have you contacted EVGA again about the status?  Since there was no delivery to you, they have to initiate the action as the shipper.  It sometimes take a little time.

    What do you mean when you say it "disappeared" when it got to UPS? Did UPS confirm they don't know what happened to it after taking possession of it?

    I received an email from EVGA support just now.  They were able to register the serial # with my account -- I did not have that information, just the "EVGA Order ID ###### - Preparing Shipment" email.
     
    fingers crossed we can find this...it was last year's Christmas present to my son, so he was excited that it was on the way.  :)

    UPS Has done this to me a few times. I track most shipments mostly for fun and take screen shots of the odd path things take. A few times items just plain disappear and then reappear a couple of days later. Or just wind up on my door step. I even called UPS and they were no help at all.
