Just checking on the backorders for 3080's.. I ordered mine on September 19, 2 months ago, with an estimated delivery date at the time of October 2nd. Now I'm being told early December. Are other people waiting this long for their 3080 to arrive?

I suspect there are a lot of people still waiting for their cards. I'm in the step up queue and its moving disappointedly slow. My unofficial projected step 2 time is Mid January.

It's going to be 4080 time before we finally get to buy the 3080, and then the scalpers will have all the 4080's. I assume 2080 ti's will still cost 800 dollars as well, so that's still gonna be out.

Also still frustrated and stuck in (step-up) hell. Got my paperwork started within 3-4 hours of the official launch time, and nothing. And it's actually been long enough, that I have a somehow more difficult to obtain AMD 6800XT already on its way, it'll be here Saturday at the latest. Hell, at this really rate, I'll even have gotten my 5900X before I can even pay for my step up, making this, the first and only time my stubborn self even tried anything non-AMD/Nvidia in my life, an excercise in maddening futility.

@cjnewsson88 you placed an actual order through the evga website? they took money out of your account, and you're still waiting for a card? lastly, they pushed back your delivery time; is this the first time?

I placed an order around September 20th and still nothing! Some guy on E-bay has 30 of them for,( i think 1600 or 1800) bucks but I'm not giving into that .Good luck everyone and I hope you all get your card soon!

The queue is working and it seems to be ramping up for production but I am sure after the reviews for the AMD cards failed to impress a lot of people entered the queue.
One thing to consider is when you do get the email is using an associate code since that is 5% off instantly at checkout. For the 3080 FTW3 Ultra that is a savings of $40.

I'm on the 7th... I was in the middle of a move across countries and wasn't sure when I was going to have my PC available, so I didn't rush to get one of these. Too bad I didn't expect such an extreme shortage.

Where are you guys seeing your position in the queue as you say its moving slow. How would you know ? For me it just says "In Queue". And for the other steps "Pending".

I hit notify around noon on 9-17 and I received my 3080ftw3 ultra last Wednesday. It is a long shot but check out microcenters when they open if you're able to. I took the day off the day the ryzen 5000 series launched and while standing in line to get a 5600x, I was informed they also had 3080ftw3 ultra in stock. Lucky for my friend b/c he was wanting a 3080 and now he has one. There are also discords that'll notify people when cards go on sale. There is no notification for evga cards but there are other brands.

Not exact same card but I joined the notify list at like 3:30pm on launch day for the 3090. I did it for both the FTW3 Gaming and FTW3 Ultra. FTW3 Ultra notify popped a month ago. FTW3 Gaming still a no show. They're definitely making a lot more Ultra models than standard Gaming models. Also you can use some of those notify tracker spreadsheets to get a rough idea of how far down the list you are with an approximate wait time until it's your turn.
Need to spamtribute 100 posts for Elite status to be able to get a KingPin because Jacob. My apologies in advance.

I ordered mine through PB Tech NZ, got a call yesterday afternoon telling me their order for the EVGA 3080 FTW's had been cancelled (I'm assuming from a supplier or even EVGA themselves) but they had just received a stock of FTW Ultra's, which I'm gonna grab one of them. I should have just got the FTW Ultra from the start because I had a feeling supply for the FTW Ultra's was gonna be a lot better than the regular FTW's, but I was just saving myself 50 bucks by buying the downclocked model and overclocking it myself. Oh well hopefully should be here in a couple of days.

Literally got a call about this just now from retailer. So EVGA isn't do or shipping 10G-P5-3895-KR (Because More Money in Ultra). So I can upgrade to Ultra (for a cost) or GFMS or swap into another AIB & get put last on the waiting list & wait another 20day on top of the time from release I have already waited. So obviously I'm getting the O/C model within a few days as they just had a shipment of those. EVGA you better hope the card works 100%, that said i've only had good experiences with EVGA so yeah.... not pissed just not impressed.
