So my debit card expired, and received my new card. And you know how it works, companies send an email saying your old card has expired so to update with your new one. With T-Mobile when you go to put in new payment info it says "We are unable to process this payment transaction. Please visit a Retail Store to complete this transaction." and all the forms are greyed out. Tried it on different browsers, tried it on phone browser, all the same message. Any others encountered this before? My phone is now locked. Got onto chat and they don't know what the problem is either. Thanks.

Ask customer service to fix their problem or maybe issue you a new phone number and sim card.

The thought of losing my number, ugh. Think I will head into the T-Mobile store tomorrow.

Use is a loose term. I have Tmobile as my provider, but the service in my area is horrid. Gonna switch to AT&T I think.

Been with straight talk for about 6-7 years now. Never had an issue, signal loss or payment question.

I have had T mobile for years now. Changed the CC info a couple times with no issues when it expired. I did it on line on their site under my account. Let us know how you make out. Their coverage is not too bad near me in around the city and burbs. Get way out in the country and it is spotty for sure. But so was ATT and Verizon depending where you're at.

Went into the local T-Mobile store, the staff working there tried to update my CC and on their computer and got the same thing as me. The form fields were greyed out. They gave me the support number to call to do it on the phone, the computer voice tells me at the end "We're sorry, we are unable to renew your account with that card number." and then hangs up. So then the guys at the store explain how to get to a real representative. After speaking to her for about 5 minutes she puts me on hold after taking my CC info and then comes back on and says "For some reason, our system just will NOT accept this card, I'm gonna escalate this to a tech, can you hold on for a while?" So about 10 mins later she comes back and says "Even he can't force the system to accept your card. I see you've been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years so I am going to reactivate your plan for free for the next 30 days. Hopefully the issue will be fixed by then, if not, please call me back." Feel like I'm being punked by a glitch in the Matrix or something :P

Good on them giving you a month free until they can (try to) fix it. I would call the CC company and ask them if they are for some reason blocking T-mobile. If not cancel the card and have them reissue a new card with a new number. PITA having to go to all your accounts and update, but you may have to.

Exactly, considering the card is only three weeks old and I already did do all that.
