On the forum we have moderators but no admins. If you specify your issue myself or another mod can assist you further or point you in the right direction.

I'm in Europe heading off to bed so try one of the other mods. Otherwise I can try to help you tomorrow. There should be a report button so you can make a ticket in the thread.

It's being observed.   Did you get the information you needed?   if not, give people time who have experience with the RMA process to chime in.   If there's a specific RMA problem and you still need help.  Call EVGA tech support directly.

Also.  I see you may not have gotten the RMA experience you wanted, but coming off with abrasive speech won't get people to open up and share their experiences or provide any constructive input.   Just my observation.

Thanks for your help guys, I know that I'm not being the nicest on there but it's just been an absolute joke since the start and that mod is taking the michael. All I want to do is figure out if EVGA are worth giving a chance or if I'm better off going down the legal route which after speaking to a solicitor this evening is looking like an open shut case in my favor.

Ok, so I carried out more tests like EVGA asked me on my friend's PC and on mine to no luck, by chance I was looking at the spare cable we used to run the test on my friends PC when the light was hitting it just right and noticed that it wasn't shining on 2 of the pins at the PSU end, they we're both beginning to discolor, I then went home and again pulled my cable out of the PSU but this time the plastic was welded to the PSU and just crumbled. So the original card has quite possibly killed my PSU, damaged my friends Corsair RM1000X thanks to EVGA asking me to test it in a friends PC and left me with another card that is probably either damaged or going to cause the same issue. I've got in touch with them again and I'll keep this updated as the other thread was closed instead of just removing the trolls and hijackers. I've asked them to upgrade my card with me paying the difference and replace my PSU.

Based on what I read in the other thread, you should skip this forum and work directly with EVGA on your RMA.  You're not helping your cause by posting angrily and putting down members that have been pretty kind to you.

which cable did you use?  the spare cable you speak of?  was it a G2 750 cable from your power supply?

EVGA sent you a third card to test?  or was this the second RMA?

His cable for his PSU, cables are not compatible between these PSU's due to manufacturers differing wiring specs, was the 2nd RMA.

Harsh.    I don't believe I gave an opinion.   I asked a few questions so I'd know how to route your concern.   I am in contact with some people who are in the know.  Being a moderator and all.

So the topic of this thread is "Any senior admin around?"  Since you came back to the same thread and posted today.  Did you get the help you needed?  if not, I'm asking so I can communicate the issues with someone.   Or do you just want to vent.  If that's all.  that's ok too.  I'd be happy to move along and not help at all.

I find it sad that people who post here don't realize this is mostly a forum of users trying to help...and very few eVGA employees who sometimes come on..

Contacting eVGA directly is always the best choice if you have real issues you to talk to eVGA directly about.

    Deflorator5000,

Please quote the person you are replying to. If you reply in order with no quote, it can cause confusion like it has above.

If you prefer not to quote, could you at least direct the reply with a username?

Sorry BTW Delirious, that wasn't aimed at you, aimed at diatribe but was in a rush on phone. Transdogmifier, did you really just say that, you didn't even read more than 8 words of what I posted did you?
