I noticed that as well when I have seen them. Me thinks its how they think they can get away with your money and not have you get refunded because you should have read the fine print. In actual fact I have no idea if it is working or not.

I have seen people getting printer toner for their 3080 order from Amazon 3rd party, lol. At least with Amazon, you can get the money back if you got scammed.
