... and Win 7 64-bit

Def look into obtaining LTSC.  The only version you'll be satisfied with if you're a diehard Win 7 user.  Support ends soon.

Yeah I know. Damn stressing already to think that I have to change everything, download, install etc etc. Too many programs

(removed for language). I just ordered Asus 27" ROG PG279Q IPS 144hz -monitor and EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 Super XC Ultra Gaming.
Happy to get some EVGA in my case again. It´s been best customer service ever and happy to join the family again

i was looking at asus boards, they look good but!, tried to call cs...forget it! i would rather run through a fire with gas soaked underwear on then try to talk to them.
EVGA has the best cs 24/7 and very helpful, piece of mind is #1 for me.

Yeah I know. I´m just familiar with Asus boards. Every single one of them has worked perfectly or damn well atleast. Not a single problem that I needed to contact anyone.
Yes, I love Evga´s CS, that´s why my #1 option for new GPU was Evga and Evga alone. And cards are fantastic. My new GPU is a beast.
But you said "no" to Asus, "Yes!" to Evga, but then you have Asrock mobo

All new parts works damn nicely now ... thou need to look nice setup (OC) for 9900k and damn get familiar with Win10

I Love this set up now. Just changed paste from Corsair H115i Platinum. Maybe there was too much and/or "old" paste, but Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut dropped roughly 10C of CPU temps @ 4700MHz. https://prnt.sc/qgvpp4
HWMonitor do not show real fan speeds. Using only "balanced" mode, max fan speeds were 1055 & 1066 rpm.
And with regular (non OC) 9900K results were even better https://prnt.sc/qgv96q
Yes, I was only using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, but I am comparaing those results. Each run were 20 minutes.
Will not doing extreme OC and watching Prime whole night, cos I do not play that game at all

But Question is. How the hell I can get this GPU to hot? ... so far boost clocks are 2100MHz and Mems are +125MHz higher from normal. How far I can try with mems? The maximum temp I ever seen been 63C

Evga, Thanks for the fantastic card. But I have to say one minus thing. Beautiful package and everything. But no sticker, poster or not even bag of gummybears

Junglekorak,

I'm running the same card with +135 core and +1160 mem stable. It's not really about temp limits with this card (especially if you max the fans for benching). It's more about the silicon lottery/limit and pushing it even further with H20.

To give you an example of what this card is capable of on Air with thermal grizzly:

I paired it with a 3900x (on the x72 AIO) to 4.45ghz on CCD0 and 4.35ghz on CCD1. My Timespy score is #1 US/#6 world (minus duplicate subs). #2 world in Firestrike & Firestrike extreme. and #1 world for port royal.

The card is an absolute beast! I couldn't imagine it on water with possibly higher clocks. It might not be as good as the MSI X Trio with a specific bios but it's amazing non-the-less.

Grats on the new build man! I hope you enjoy it!
