Antec today released its Dark Avenger 601 ATX mid-tower chassis for gaming PC builds high on RGB LED illumination. The case is characterized by a faux-aluminium ornament on the front panel that conceals the front fan intakes, a tempered glass left side-panel, and an in-built addressable RGB LED lighting controller. Pricing was not announced. Personally I really dislike the front panel design.

    I am with you on the front panel. It just draws attention right to that ugly fan at the center of it. Also it draws my focus to the fact it looks to have only one front fan.

    I guess Antec is still stuck in the late-90s\early-2000s with that ugly as can be front case design.

    TBH, this isn't the Antec I ever knew of; with the case being a form-over-function agenda via, RGB and indeed, the front panel with a built-in vacuum cleaner.

    I scratch my head and where Antec was going with this design........

    As long as your popular enough, you can get away with anything.
