Just want to say thanks to EVGA for  hassle-free positive RMA experience I recently had to go through.
 
I'll keep my story short.
 
I was running two GTX 970's in SLI and recently I discovered one of the cards had a bad Display Port, so I RMA'd it. The card was replaced with GTX 1070, but I couldn't use it with the other 970 I still had. Then I asked EVGA if I could have it replaced with another GTX 1070 to keep my SLI setup running and they agreed. They even provided me with a UPS label. A few days later I got another GTX 1070. On top of that both GTX 1070's were BNIB!
