Wonder if 3080 will be enough to max out cyberpunk and watch dogs at 4k60 with rtx or if i should try to get one of these?

I have a 3090 since 17 september and passed multiple benchs and made some videos.
 
U can search vmanuelgm in youtube and watch them. GPU-Z, CPU-Z and TimeSpy, TimeSpy Extreme or FireStrike Ultra included.
 

 
So some how you got a 3090 and violated the NDA by making (fake) videos titled 3090 days prior to capture more views and subs from these forums?

I don't know about his case specifically but there is no NDA to "violate" if you didn't sign one. All Nvidia can do is ask YouTube to take down his videos. They can't sue him. They can try to find how he got the card and take an action against who sold it but not him.

No, I think it's fake and click bait on his end. 

It probably is. The numbers on his video are even lower than a 2080 Ti. I agree.
