Third time I turned my PC on after installing my new 1080ti SC card there was this horrible whine and chopping noise like the fans were grinding through the shroud. I jumped across the room to hit the power button when I realized my neighbor had just fired up their weed whacker at the EXACT same time I had hit my power button on PC. The way my PC is positioned under open window it sounded like it was coming from inside the case. So much relief!!!
