GL!Double this, submit the dispute on Paypal's resolution ASAP -> this is assuming you paid via Goods and Services and NOT Friends and Family. You can also do a chargeback via your credit card provider if you paid that way, but that should be a last resort. A week a way too long to not saying anything, did the person have any references such as on Hardware Swap or Heatware?
slurm1@yaggaz, I'm assuming you bought it with a Paypal Line of Credit? If that's the case, the Paypal Line of Credit comes with:Purchase Protection: If your purchase doesn't match the exact description or doesn't arrive at all, we can refund the full purchase price plus original shipping costs. You can lodge a dispute via the Paypal Resolution Center and it can all be done online. When buying stuff online, you always want to use Paypal Goods and Services as it gives you 180 days to lodge a dispute. Friends and Family has ZERO buyer protection. If you're buying from an online retailer, by default you'll have protection, but if you send money to a private party, you can select Goods and Services OR Friends and Family.
