Hello there,
 
A month or more ago, I did a step up application from 1080 to 2070 RTX. I just wonder, is the model provided coming with a backplate installed? I remember asking the support through mail and receiving a positive answer but since I can't locate the card given through Step Up on the EU Store (only 2072 & 2073 exist there), I checked out the US Store where according to the pictures there's no backplate.
 
So which EVGA Product shall I receive once the Step Up proceeds and is it coming with a backplate on it?
 
Hopefully I can get a quick answer over here
 
Maybe for most people backplate isn't that important but in my case it is, as I believe backplates should be a standard nowadays for any GPU, especially when I'm about to spend a serious amount of money for a premium product.

    One more question, will I be eligible to get BFV once step up is complete or promotions doesn't apply on Step Up Program?
