It would be nice if they said something about the board.  I'm looking for an X570 board and would prefer an EVGA but will probably end up with someone else at this rate.

They would have been on my list when building, if it was available. They stand by their products. Would order from a retailer after my online store experience. Maybe they will get better store practices.

Shoot I'll pay a down payment to test and report back and sign an NDA, then keep my down as payment should I want to keep the board. Or receive payment back when board is returned and released, making NDA void by then.
I don't doubt the man Vince and his team can test the bricks off of one of these. But if you are selling to the mass-public, it may be an idea to get a plan to allow mass-public a small way of testing, however that is termed feasible.
But I would definitely tear down my entire build to run an EVGA AMD board. Then test the ba-jesus out of it. 
Keep my info should y'all want to do anything EVGA... OR pm ME. Thank you for even making it to begin with. Getting excited here thanks to some of Jacobs twitterings.

In regards to the 1st post lifetime warranties are not allowed in Europe. 10 years is the maximum warranty time allowed by law in the EU.

As far as I am aware there is no beta testing for this motherboard. I will also have to wait and buy it.

I wonder what frequencies we will be able to hit in regards to the FCLK.
1800-1866MHz is pretty much possible on every CPU, a lot have the 1900 MHz hole, everything 1933+ is a WHEA .... show.

Questioning the same, how will this mobo be any different than all the other x570 mobos with the FCLK hard lock at 1933+?

I wonder about the timing on this board.  
Just spit-balling here, but EVGA seems a little bit quiet yet for a release before 4th quarter, though getting noise out before the end of the quarter won't hurt.
Maybe they get out in time to get in front of Black Friday?
 
Does make you wonder how much scrambling there will be going on though with both Nvidia and AMD making noises for new GPU card families.. I'm guessing busy engineers.  :)
Could be a good thing rolling out this one soon, but much better if it rolls out well, and they can roll right into the 'new' AMD mb.  
 
Sorry, I'm fairly patient, but mostly hopeful I'm wrong and they'll be taking my money in weeks.  :)

So on that box is says USB 3.2 Gen2 10Gb/s and this X570 Dark is a $690 board.
 
I'm disappointed, the Intel Z590 Dark board has USB 3.2 Gen2x2 20Gb/s and it is a $600 board. 
 
If this board is going to be a "dark" board and cost anywhere near that point I feel it should have a USB 3.2 Gen2x2 20Gb/s USB-C port.
 
I'm beginning to think I've been waiting too long for an X570 / X570S board

IO Throughput isn't really the focus of any dark board.  Both boards offer the max based on the underlying chipset.
 
If you're still 'waiting' on X570, yeah you've been waiting too long, X570 dropped 2+ years ago.
