You can get those images by right clicking, viewing image info, and copying the direct link to a new browser tab. I had to do that to compare my setup to the images.
 
Still have the same problem though. Won't boot with "All EUFI" set, does boot with Video OpROM set to EUFI first or Legacy first, but then Win 8 install won't see any of my drives.
